How to delete your account

In the KREISO app:

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Open Account.
3. Press Delete account.
4. Confirm in the dialog by pressing Delete account again.

By email: write to support@kreiso.app with the subject Delete my account, from the email address your account uses, or tell us the phone number or email you signed up with. We reply within one month.

What happens

Your account and the data attached to it are deleted. Messages you sent stay in their conversations, shown as coming from a deleted account. Safety, payment and accounting records and records of consent are kept for the periods in section 3 of our Privacy Policy.

To delete just one thing, such as a photo or a review, write to support@kreiso.app.
